Administrative Assistant

Alloy Silverstein, a regional public accounting firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking an administrative assistant. Must have 2-5 years’ recent experience in a public accounting office and have excellent computer and communication skills. Duties include preparing correspondence, processing tax returns, accounts payable, preparing reports, project tracking, managing a calendar of daily appointments, answering phones, and providing a high level of service to clients and other contacts.

This position requires you to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, good documentation skills, reliable, possess a professional demeanor, as well as ability to make decisions and work on your own in a fast pace environment.

We’re looking for someone with an excellent work ethic and have the ability to cope and remain calm under pressure. Must have the discretion to maintain confidential information and work effectively with all levels of management, staff, outside clients.

Work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work overtime when needed during tax season, February-April.
