Administrative Assistant
Alloy Silverstein, a multi-office regional firm, is seeking an administrative assistant for our Cherry Hill, NJ office location with at least 2-5 years’ of recent experience in a public accounting office.

The firm has been in business in South Jersey for over 60 years and is very community-minded.  Our professionals embrace technology and the efficiencies that come from a paperless office.  We offer competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Processing of financial statements and tax returns
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Preparing invoices
  • Prepare reports using Word and Excel
  • Communicate with clients as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-tasks in a fast-pace environment while balancing and prioritizing daily responsibilities
  • Self-starter and takes the initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct business professionally
  • Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Work well independently and in a team with positive attitude and professional presence

Other Requirements:

  • Able to work flexible and/or overtime hours including Saturday’s and late evenings base upon work and peak busy times
