Alloy Silverstein, a regional southern NJ accounting firm, is seeking an administrative assistant.

Position is secretarial/administrative support and duties include tax return processing, correspondence, filing, phones, mail, etc.

Ideal candidate should possess ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with overtime hours January through April. Attention to detail, accuracy, prioritize and ability to multi-task is required.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Previous accounting office experience is preferred.
