Part-Time Seasonal Admin Support
Alloy Silverstein, a multi-office regional firm, is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Admin Support for this November and December to assist with administrative, marketing, and community initiative projects on-location at our Cherry Hill, NJ office.

The firm has been in business in South Jersey for nearly 65 years and is very community-minded.  Our professionals embrace technology and the efficiencies that come from a paperless office.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assisting the firm’s professionals with year-end community initiatives and holiday drive
• Complete administrative tasks for the support staff
• Helping the marketing department with miscellaneous support tasks

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented
• Self-starter, takes initiative, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct business professionally
• Work well independently and in a team with positive attitude and professional presence

Position is part-time and in-person.
