Wealth Management Assistant

Financial planning firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an experienced individual to handle administrative and client support for a fast-paced practice. Responsibilities will include processing brokerage and insurance paperwork, preparing financial analyses, client relations, correspondence, and database management.

The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience, strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, reliable, and possess a professional demeanor, excellent client service, verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

We’re looking for someone with an excellent work ethic and have the ability to cope and remain calm under pressure and work independently. Must have discretion to maintain confidential information and work effectively with all levels of management, staff, and outside clients.

Work hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work overtime when needed. Able to work flexible and/or overtime hours including Saturdays and late evenings based upon work and peak busy times.
