Wealth Management Assistant and/or Paraprofessional
Financial planning firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an experienced individual to handle administrative and client support for a fast-paced practice. Responsibilities will include processing brokerage and insurance paperwork, preparing financial analyses, client relations, correspondence, database management, and working alongside the practice’s Director of Financial Services and current wealth management assistant.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, reliable, and possess a professional demeanor, excellent client service, verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience with CRM database use a plus.
We’re looking for someone with an excellent work ethic and have the ability to work both independently and with a small team. Must have discretion to maintain confidential information and work effectively with all levels of management, staff, and outside clients.
Position can be full or part time. Could a great opportunity for someone with a financial background looking for a more flexible schedule.
