The accountants and team members at Alloy Silverstein proudly traded their adding machines for paint brushes this year for our annual community action day. The firm volunteered at Urban Promise in Pennsauken, NJ on August 16, 2017 to help the campus prepare its classrooms for back-to-school this September.
Our team members helped by painting floors, painting and freshening up classroom walls, replacing classroom carpeting, organizing donated textbooks, and cutting tennis balls to place on the bottom of the students’ chairs and desks. Coming back to a sharp looking campus for a new school year helps the students feel confident and cared for.
