Joe Rehm has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years. He started his banking career as a teller for South Jersey Savings and Loan and joined Woodstown National Bank (A Fulton Financial Corporation affiliate) as a Credit Analyst in 1998. During his nine years of service with the company he held various positions including Credit Analyst, AVP Loan Officer and VP Loan Officer.
In 2007, Rehm was hired as a member of the initial management team for Capital Bank of New Jersey, a DeNovo bank headquartered in Vineland, NJ. During his time there his responsibilities included VP – Loan Officer, Gloucester County Market Manager, SVP Loan Officer, Gloucester County Market Manager, CRA Officer and, Executive Vice President / Chief Lending Officer a position he held until the bank was sold in February of 2019.
Joe is a graduate of the ABA Commercial Lending School and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking where he earned his Wharton Leadership Certificate. He has been recognized by the New Jersey Bankers Association as a New Leader in Banking (2011), Southern New Jersey Business People 40 under 40 (2014) and the South Jersey Biz Magazine as one of the 20 under 40 Award Winners (2015) and NJ Biz 40 under 40 (2018). He was named one of the South Jersey Biz Magazine’s Top Executives in 2018.
Rehm has served in a number of volunteer leadership roles including being the past President of the Gloucester County YMCA, Vice Chair of the Executive Committee for the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Tri County Community Action Partnership, the Vineland Chamber of Commerce Economic Growth Council and the ABA Community and Economic Development Committees. He was one of the founding members of the South Jersey Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association.
