After growing up in Runnemede, NJ, Dave achieved his B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University in 1983. He joined the Alloy Silverstein team in 1984 and today he is a Supervisor at the firm. A licensed CPA in the state of New Jersey, Dave is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
With an accounting career spanning over 30 years, Dave has established many long-term client relationships at Alloy and has developed specialties in several areas, including sharing his tax and accounting expertise with real estate developers and managers, hotels, and medical and professional offices. A fun fact about Dave is that he prepares 2-3 crossword puzzles a day. His keenness for puzzle solving pairs well with his desire to help clients navigate the varying and complex tax laws on a daily basis.
Internally at the firm, Dave is responsible for supervising staff along with overseeing and reviewing their work product and financial statements. He is a member of Alloy’s Business Tax Committee and coordinates our firm’s semi-annual staff reviews.
A long-time resident of Marlton, NJ, Dave is married with two children. A past member of the Marlton Recreation Council, he was very active in his children’s sports leagues when they were younger and today he is a big Philadelphia sports fan and supporter. In addition to solving cross-word puzzles, Dave also enjoys working on do-it-yourself home improvement projects.
