We are excited to welcome Francesca Venti to the Alloy Silverstein Group family as Director of Practice Growth at Abacus Payroll, Inc. With over 10 years of experience working with small family-run businesses and large restaurant groups in the food and hospitality industry, Francesca brings a wealth of knowledge and industry insights to her new role.
At Abacus Payroll, a division of the Alloy Silverstein Group, Francesca will focus on streamlining the payroll process for small businesses across the South Jersey and Greater Philadelphia region. Her goal is to support business growth by providing innovative payroll and HR solutions, allowing them to focus on what they do best.
With a background in food sales and hospitality management, paired with her passion for client satisfaction, Francesca is well-equipped to deliver tailored payroll solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Francesca resides in Philadelphia with her significant other along with their cat. Outside of work, she enjoys identifying plants and mushrooms in Pennsylvania’s wilderness, cooking, reading, and spending time with family.
