R. Dennis Vogt, CPA

Versatile tax and finance expert working alongside clients to resolve their auditing, litigation, or retirement planning needs.

A graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Dennis is certified in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and the Pennsylvania Society of CPAs. He has been a member of the firm since 1974. In addition to providing general accounting and tax services to the firm’s clients, his areas of specialization include construction and real estate development accounting services, as well as individual tax preparation and retirement planning advice.

Dennis supervises the daily activities in the firm’s litigation support and business valuation practice areas. He attended the AICPA National Business Valuation School in August 2008 and has attended several of the NJSCPA’s and PICPA’s Annual Business Valuation, Forensic Investigation & Litigation Services Conference.

In addition to being a partner, shareholder, and member of the firm’s board of directors, Dennis is also the firm’s administrator and director of Continuing Professional Education. He is director of the firm’s retirement plan group providing accounting, auditing, and tax services in that area.

Mr. Vogt served on the board of directors and is currently chairman of the finance committee of the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey. He is the chairman of the “Little Ten” group of regional accounting firms. He previously was treasurer of the Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce, served a four year term as a public member of the NJ Bar Association Fee Arbitration Committee, which hears disputes between attorneys and their clients, and on the board of trustees of the Visiting Nurse Association of Southern New Jersey for 20 years and served on the board of directors and was the treasurer of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Greater Philadelphia (ABCGP), a regional affiliate of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Getting to Know Dennis

A passionate Villanova University alumnus, Dennis enjoys cheering on both the Wildcats (2016 NCAA Champions!) and the Philadelphia Phillies. He is also an avid golfer.
