ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting is the nation’s only service excellence award for the accounting industry that leverages third party validated survey responses from accounting firm clients. The award program provides statistically valid and objective service quality benchmarks for the accounting industry, revealing which accounting firms deliver the highest quality of service to their accounting clients.

In our recent survey, Alloy Silverstein received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 86.4% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 45% in 2019.  As a result, the firm received a Net Promoter® Score of 81.6%, more than 3 times the industry’s average of 24% in 2019. (Net Promoter® Score is an index that measures clients’ willingness to refer business as a proxy for satisfaction and service quality).
