Ren Cicalese III, CPA, MST is an Associate Partner at Alloy Silverstein Accountants and Advisors. A member of the firm since 2005, he provides tax, accounting, and advisory services to a broad range of clients, with a specialty for manufacturers, title companies, professional service providers, and the New Jersey cannabis industry.

Certified in New Jersey, Ren is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJCPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. He received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University in 2009 and went on to achieve his M.S. in Taxation from Philadelphia University in 2010. Ren is a board member of the Cooperative Business Assistance Corporation (CBAC), a Past President of the Southwest Chapter of the NJCPA, and a current member of the New Jersey CannaBusiness Association.

Ren has been recognized several times by the New Jersey community for his contributions to philanthropy, passion for business, and impact on both the South Jersey business arena and the state’s accounting industry. He was distinguished as a “30 Under 30” by the New Jersey Society of CPAs in both 2011 and 2015, and was honored with the NJCPA’s Volunteer Award in 2018. Ren was named a “40 Under 40” by SNJ Business People in 2014, an Emerging Leader Class of 2017 by the Burlington County Times, the 2018 Young Professional of the Year by the Non-Profit Development Center of SNJ, and he received the 2020 Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Voice of Business Young Professional Award.
