Spring 2018 Spotlight Employee: Adrienne Onorato Dell’Olio

Our Alloy Spotlight this quarter is on Adrienne Onorato Dell’Olio, Alloy Silverstein’s Director of Marketing.

Adrienne received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rutgers University–Camden in 2011 and her Masters of Arts in Professional and Business Communication with a specialization in Public Relations from La Salle University in 2014. She started at Alloy Silverstein in February 2006 as a marketing intern, while still in high school, and transitioned to Director of Marketing in 2011.

Adrienne’s responsibilities at the firm include marketing strategy, public relations, business development support, social media, website and digital marketing, event planning, communications, graphic design, and managing the firm’s charitable initiatives, including our growing Adopt-A-Family program. Her marketing role encompasses the CPA firm, as well as managing the marketing for Abacus Payroll, Inc. and Alloy Silverstein Financial Services, Inc. Most recently she coordinated the creation and launch of the firm’s four new websites, rebranded Alloy Silverstein’s stationary and marketing materials, and planned the firm’s latest events, Security Symposium and Tax Reform Forum.

An active member of the Association for Accounting Marketing and committee member for the Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Chamber, Adrienne represents the firm at various Chamber and professional events throughout the Philadelphia region. She leads the Business Development Special Interest Group for INPACT Americas and has presented on accounting marketing topics to firm Partners from across the country. Adrienne was recognized as a “20 Under 40” by South Jersey Biz in 2015, awarded a “Marketing Achievement Award” from Association for Accounting Marketing in 2010, and honored with a Camden County Freedom Medal by the Camden County Board of Freeholders in 2007.

A native of Gloucester Township, Adrienne currently resides in Marlton with her husband, Chris, and two dogs, Maya and Ellie. Together they foster puppies for the Burlington County Animal Alliance and enjoy traveling with their dogs, attending concerts and working on home DIY projects.
