In a 2019 client survey, Alloy Silverstein received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 89.7% of their clients, significantly higher than the accounting industry’s average of 45% in 2019. This figure is up from 86.4% in Alloy Silverstein’s 2018 client survey. As a result, the firm received a Net Promoter® Score of 88.3%, more than 3.7 times the industry’s average of 24% in 2019.
