Location: Cherry Hill, NJ  |  Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office

Alloy Silverstein, a regional CPA firm with a modern, team-oriented approach, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) functions within our growing Client Advisory Service (CAS) line.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build foundational accounting experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll work with a variety of small business clients and gain exposure to real-world accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day A/P and A/R processes for multiple clients
  • Enter invoices and prepare payments
  • Issue client invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Help maintain accurate records and files
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding account activity
  • Support month-end close procedures

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma at minimum; Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (completed or in progress)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team

Salary: Starting at $45,000+, commensurate with experience
