Experienced CPAs and Professionals

Throughout the year, Alloy Silverstein seeks experienced accountants or CPAs to join our public accounting team as semi-senior accountants, senior level CPAs, supervisors, or per diems. If you are looking to make a career change or a move to the Philly region, we’ll welcome you with open arms.

What experienced hires bring to the Alloy Silverstein team:

  • Have achieved CPA license or are making progress towards CPA
  • Above-and-beyond client relations experience
  • Thorough knowledge of tax, accounting, and/or auditing procedures
  • Willingness to pursue and win new client opportunities

Open Opportunities for Experienced Accountants:

  • Accounting Supervisor: 8-15 years’ experience with CPA designation.
  • Senior Accountant: 5-10 years’ experience with CPA designation.
  • Virtual Senior Accountant: Remote position with 5+ years’ experience with CPA designation.
  • Attest Audit Senior: Remote or in-person position with 4-12 years’ auditing or public CPA experience.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated with strong communication and analytical skills and are proficient in various tax application software packages. Prospective team members should have current knowledge of all industry and government regulations regarding tax matters and experience reviewing various corporate tax returns, financial statements and year-end tax audits, along with completing individual and corporate tax returns, estimated income taxes, and assuring compliance with federal, state and local tax laws and regulations. Experience using Xero is a plus.
